Foods that Celebrity Trainers Won’t Eat (do you agree with them?):

One of the celebrity trainer keeps bananas and grapes off limits. I am not a nutritionist, so I can’t make a scientifically intelligible argument against that. For me, bananas are a great natural pre-workout snack because it does fill me up without making me feel sick during my workout.
