My boot camp class on Wednesday was ROUGH. My workout started with lunges around a full-length pool while holding a 35-pound kettlebell (why did I choose that weight??) and 50 squat lifts with the kettlebell. The rest of the workout was a blur. I remember my legs and arms feeling like jelly throughout the class, but that’s about it. Needless to say, my hips and hamstrings were incredibly sore the next day!
